To ensure our team can deliver the deepest clean possible, we need a "blank canvas." Please ensure the property is completely empty of personal belongings and rubbish before we arrive.

2. Arrival & Initial Consult
Our bond cleaning experts will arrive on time, fully uniformed, and equipped with industrial-grade machines and eco-friendly chemicals.

The Walk-through : If you are present, we’ll do a quick tour to confirm the scope of work and spot any pre-existing damage (like stained carpets or chipped paint) to note for your agent.

3. The Systematic Deep Clean
We don’t clean randomly; we follow a top-to-bottom Agency-Approved Checklist.

High to Low: We start with cobwebs, light fittings, and air vents, pushing dust down before vacuuming it up.

Wet Areas Focus: We spend the most time in the bathroom and kitchen—descaling showers, removing mould from grout where possible, and sanitising toilets.

Surfaces & Floors: Every cupboard, drawer, and surface is wiped out. We finish with a thorough vacuum and mop of all hard floors to leave them streak-free.

4. Final Quality Check & Handover
Before we pack up, our team supervisor conducts a quality control check to ensure nothing has been missed.

The Paperwork: Once finished, we provide you with a tax invoice. You can forward this directly to your property manager as proof of professional cleaning—a requirement for many Sydney tenancy agreements.
